I invite any couple listed below to schedule a free, one-hour consultation.
1. Married couples contemplating a Massachusetts divorce.
2. Unmarried couples planning to live together... or already living together... contemplating a cohabitation agreement.
3. Unmarried couples living together contemplating a separation.
An initial meeting without cost allows couples a no-risk opportunity to explore the possibility of mediation. When couples decide to mediate both parties become clients, and both sign a mediation fee & expense agreement. A mediation agreement signed by all parties is necessary to insure mediation confidentiality.
Free one-hour consultation appointments are offered only on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as arranged in advance, and are limited to couples that are not involved in court proceedings.
